Verification must be approved within 14 days of account creation. Pending or rejected KYC voids the bonus.
All information must be truthful and match your real legal identity.

Qualifying deposit — tiered bonus

Deposit $20 in any supported crypto → receive a $10 bonus.
Deposit $50 in any supported crypto → receive a $100 bonus.
Deposit $100 or more in any supported crypto → receive the full $300 bonus.
Only the highest tier reached on your first qualifying deposit is awarded — bonuses do not stack.
Internal transfers, P2P trades, gift card top-ups, and bonus credits do NOT count as a qualifying deposit.
Deposit must originate from a wallet you own — third-party deposits will be rejected for the bonus.

7-day hold period

Your qualifying deposit must remain in your Synovus Spot wallet for 7 consecutive calendar days from the moment of confirmation.
Withdrawing, converting, or transferring the deposit out before day 7 cancels the bonus.
You may freely trade other assets during the hold — only the qualifying deposit balance must stay intact.
After the hold completes, your tier bonus ($10 / $100 / $300) is auto-credited within 24 hours as USDT to your Spot wallet.

Bonus usage & withdrawal

Your original deposit is always 100% yours and can be withdrawn anytime after the 7-day hold.
Your tier bonus becomes withdrawable after you complete a cumulative trading volume of 5× the bonus amount on Spot or Futures within 30 days.
Bonus can be used as trading collateral immediately upon credit — including on Futures with up to 10× leverage.
Synovus reserves the right to claw back bonuses linked to fraud, wash trading, multi-accounting, or terms violations.
