Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Synovus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. Synovus is not available to residents of restricted jurisdictions listed in our Compliance policy.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys, and 2FA devices. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Synovus is not liable for losses caused by your failure to maintain account security.

4. Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk, including the loss of all funds. Prices are volatile. Leveraged products amplify both gains and losses. You trade entirely at your own risk.

5. Fees

Trading, deposit, withdrawal, and conversion fees are published on the Fees page and may change at any time. Fees are deducted automatically from your account at the time of the transaction.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, or any breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting Support after withdrawing all balances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synovus's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Synovus is licensed. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.
